We transformed how one of London's most successful production studios delivers content to their audience. In just months, we launched a private streaming platform that revolutionised their content monetisation – think Netflix, but tailored specifically for their devoted fanbase.

THE STARTING POINTS
Picture this: A thriving production studio with hit podcasts and shows, killing it in terms of content but leaving money on the table. They had the audience, they had the content, but they were missing their own space to properly monetise it all. They needed their own platform – fast – to stop paying fees to third parties and to bring all their shows under one roof.

OUR APPROACH

When you're working with an established business that's already crushing it with their content, you don't need to spend months on product discovery. They knew their audience, and we knew exactly what needed to be built.

The discovery phase focused on what really mattered: how to deliver the best streaming experience while maximizing revenue. We dove deep into their audience's needs and pain points, mapping out exactly how the platform should work for their viewers.

Then came the technical challenges. We needed to solve two major things:

First, the streaming quality had to be perfect. We're talking about a platform that would serve hundreds of thousands of viewers, so the infrastructure needed to be bulletproof. Second, we needed to build something that could scale fast without breaking a sweat.
